Delivered but missing?
File your claim between 2–10 days from the marked delivery date.

Not delivered or no tracking update?
File your claim between 5–30 days from the last carrier scan.

How to File a Claim

If your insured package is missing or damaged, you can file a claim directly through Simply Insurance. The process is easy & stress-free.*

*To file a shipping protection claim, you must submit the claim form using the link below within the applicable eligibility window. 

Emailing PAAVANI Ayurveda, including reporting a missing package or requesting a refund, does not constitute filing a claim & does not extend the filing deadline.
