Ayurvedic Consultations
Elemental Findings
The Elemental Findings take place one week after your Initial Wellness Consultation. In this session, Laurel will share with you her insight into your Ayurvedic constitution, also known as your prakruti, and your vikruti (the current state of imbalance). A treatment plan will be presented that addresses both short and long-term goals to assist you on your journey back to balance, health and well-being.
Wellness Session
Your Wellness Session will take place one week after your Elemental Findings. In this session, you and Laurel will connect to assess how the Ayurvedic recommendations are enhancing the current state of your digestion, elimination, sleep quality, mental and emotional well-being.
You will book your 2-hour Initial Wellness Consultation to begin. Please give yourself ample time before your initial appointment to allow for enough space to fill out your intake forms (approx 1-2 hours). Please submit your intake forms 72 hours before your Initial Wellness Consultation. Intake paperwork will be emailed to you after you book your first appointment.
Any cancelations made 24 hours before your appointment time are free of charge. All cancelations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Please note that unique personal circumstances can alter this policy, so please contact us as soon as you can if something comes up.
