We reserve the right to correct any pricing, typographical or product information errors and to cancel or refuse orders affected by such errors, even after an order has been submitted. If your order is canceled after payment has been received, you will receive a refund for the amount paid.

    6. Shipping & Delivery

    We strive to process and ship all in-stock orders as quickly as possible. Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed.

    Order Cancellations

    If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

    Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the selected shipping carrier. PAAVANI Ayurveda is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may be subject to additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

    Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

    International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by their local government. We are not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance procedures.

    Your subscription will automatically renew according to the delivery schedule you selected unless you modify or cancel it before your next scheduled renewal.

    By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order until your subscription is canceled in accordance with these Terms.

    Subscription Changes

    Changes to products, billing information, shipping information or delivery schedules must be made before your next scheduled billing date.

    Once a recurring order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, modified or refunded.

    Failed Payments
