Wholesale Resale Policy

PAAVANI Ayurveda products purchased through Faire or any other authorized wholesale channel are intended solely for resale by the approved retail account directly to end consumers.

Wholesale accounts may not act as distributors, wholesalers, brokers, buying groups or purchasing intermediaries. Products may not be resold, supplied or transferred to other retailers, wholesalers, distributors, marketplaces or third-party sellers without the prior written consent of PAAVANI Ayurveda.

PAAVANI Ayurveda products may not be listed or sold through unauthorized online marketplaces, third-party ecommerce platforms, fulfillment services, dropshipping programs or similar sales channels without the prior written authorization of PAAVANI Ayurveda.

Wholesale purchasing privileges are non-transferable and may not be used to purchase inventory on behalf of another business or to supply products to another retail or wholesale account.

PAAVANI Ayurveda reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. Any account found engaging in unauthorized redistribution, diversion or resale may have its wholesale account immediately suspended or terminated, pending orders canceled and future wholesale purchasing privileges revoked.

PAAVANI Ayurveda further reserves the right to pursue any legal or equitable remedies available to protect its brand, pricing integrity and authorized retail network.

Wholesale Terms Acknowledgment

By submitting a wholesale application or placing a wholesale order with PAAVANI Ayurveda, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with our Wholesale Terms & Conditions, Wholesale Resale Policy and any other applicable wholesale policies published by PAAVANI Ayurveda.

Failure to comply with these policies may result in the suspension or termination of your wholesale account, cancellation of pending orders and revocation of future wholesale purchasing privileges.
