Bentonite Clay

Bentonite clay is composed of volcanic ash & is one of the most effective & powerful healing clays thanks to its high concentration of potassium, iron, sodium, silica, calcium & magnesium. It is known as a "swelling clay" because when combined with water, it has the ability to absorb & remove toxins, heavy metals, impurities & chemicals from the skin & body. Bentonite clay brings oxygen to the cells & has an alkalizing effect. We love how it calms & soothes irritated, inflamed skin & draws out excess sebum, while clearing away acne & blemishes.

Triphala

A classic Ayurvedic formulation of the Indian superfruits: haritaki, amalaki & bibhitaki, Triphala is antioxidant-rich & keeps the skin supple, protected & revitalized. The fruit, haritaki, protects the skin from premature wrinkles & environmental damage & also acts as a natural toner, flushing toxins from deep within the skin’s layers. Amalaki fruit is packed with vitamin C to bolster the skin’s defense from free radical damage & the fruit of bibhitaki aids in keeping the skin pure & clear.

Shatavari

Shatavari is a fundamental & powerful herb in Ayurveda. It is a cooling, soothing adaptogen which maintains skin balance & hydration. Some of its antioxidant compounds include saponin, racemofuran & asparagamine A. Shatavari has the ability to slow collagen breakdown, resulting in ageless, radiant skin.

Cardamom

Packed with naturally occurring minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium & vitamins, cardamom is a skincare gem. It increases circulation beneath the skin’s layers thanks to its high dose of vitamin C & has strong antiseptic qualities that keep your skin feeling refreshed & oh so clean!

HOW TO USE

Directions:

Daily Cleanser: Mix 1 tsp. with PAAVANI Floral Water to create a thin paste. Use AM & PM.

Weekly Mask: Mix 1 tbsp. with PAAVANI Floral Water to create a thick paste. Use 1-3 times per week.

Gently massage on the face & neck in gentle, upward, circular strokes. Rinse with lukewarm water. Follow with PAAVANI Facial Toner.

Caring for your products:

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Avoid contamination by keeping moisture out of the jar. Close lid tightly after each use.
