HOW TO USE

Directions:

Traditional Method:

Ashwagandha:

In AM, mix 1/2 tsp Ashwagandha powder into ½ cup tepid water & drink.

In PM, mix ½ tsp Ashwagandha powder into ½ cup warm milk, add a dash of nutmeg & enjoy!

Shatavari:

In AM, mix 1/2 tsp Shatavari powder into ½ cup tepid water & drink.

In PM, mix ½ tsp Shatavari powder into ½ cup warm milk, add a dash of cardamom & enjoy!

Triphala:

In the morning, mix ¼-½ tsp Triphala powder into a ½ cup of tepid water. Allow this to infuse throughout the day.

In the evening, drink the infusion, connecting with the grounding, healing properties of the herbs. You may also infuse any remaining Triphala sediment (left at the bottom of your cup) overnight to drink the following morning.

Other Methods:

Add into smoothies, teas, elixirs, coffee, baking & other food preparations.
