Wildflowers at Table Mountain

Fresh Flower Bouquet

Think those are weeds in your front yard? Think again! There are so many amazing plants out there that are commonly thought of as weeds. For example, dandelion is known as a pesky weed but it actually contains a myriad of health benefits including being anti-inflammatory and cleansing to the liver. Another common one is milk thistle. It also helps heal the liver and cool the body down. Besides their herbal benefits, both plants have beautiful flowers once they bloom and can be combined with other wildflowers & herbs like lavender, rosemary, jupiter’s beard, iris and lupine to create a fresh, colorful bouquet for Mom. So, take a walk in nature and see what wildflowers you can find!

Coconut Milk Bath Foot Soak

One of our stockists shared with us that they are using our Coconut Milk Bath as a foot soak for their clients in their spa treatments. We loved this idea so much that we used it while hosting a baby shower a few weeks ago and we must say, we highly recommend it! So, why not skip the nail salon and try out this all-natural, organic foot soak for your Mom this Mother’s Day?

Directions:

Heat water and place in a large bowl or pedicure foot soaking basin. Combine 3-6 tablespoons of Coconut Milk Bath directly into the water. Feel free to add some essential oils like geranium, lavender or orange for some extra aromatic and therapeutic benefits. Have your Mom place her feet in the foot soak once the water has come to a pleasant temperature. Allow her feet to soak anywhere from 5-20 minutes. Following the foot soak, massage your Mother’s feet with a PAAVANI Body Oil or if you do not have one available, you can use high quality, organic olive, sesame, sunflower, almond and/or safflower oil.
