Kapha Spice Blend | Heating & Purifying Digestive Churna
Our Kapha Spice Blend is formulated to ease digestive disturbances associated with kapha dosha, including low appetite, sluggish digestion, slow metabolism, decreased peristaltic action & feelings of lethargy after meals. Heating spices of ginger, pippali, black pepper & cinnamon help counteract kapha’s cold, slow & heavy energy—stimulating digestive fire (agni), supporting proper digestion, increasing energy & purifying the body of toxins. Enjoy before meals or use it to season your favorite dishes!

KEY INGREDIENTS
Ginger
A powerful digestive stimulant, ginger awakens agni & clears congestion from the digestive tract. Considered the “universal medicine” in Ayurveda & Traditional Chinese Medicine, ginger’s light, hot, dry & pungent qualities make it perfect for balancing kapha’s heavy, cold & moist tendencies.
Pippali
A close relative of black pepper, pippali is a warming, invigorating spice that stokes digestive fire & burns up toxic residue (ama) from sluggish digestion. In Ayurveda, it is often paired with ginger & black pepper to address kapha-type digestive imbalances.
Black Pepper
Called marich in Sanskrit—meaning sun—black pepper has heating, stimulating & activating properties that enkindle agni, clear toxic debris (ama) & enhance nutrient absorption.
Cinnamon
A warming circulatory stimulant, cinnamon promotes movement & circulation throughout the body, including the digestive tract. When kapha accumulates in the stomach, leading to mucus buildup & sluggish digestion, cinnamon helps regulate flow & optimize digestive function.
