    What Is Tridoshic?

    Tridoshic refers to a state of balance in Ayurveda where vata, pitta and kapha are present in relatively equal proportions within the constitution.

    Because all three doshas are balanced, a tridoshic person tends to experience greater stability across the body and mind. The qualities of each dosha naturally support and regulate one another, making it less likely for one dosha to dominate.
