Rooibos Chai Apple Cider Mocktail Recipe
Ingredients
6 tsp Rooibos Chai Blend Tea
½ tsp raw honey
6 ice cubes
1.5 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 small pinch of cayenne pepper
4 oz sparkling water
Thin apple slices (for garnish)
Cinnamon stick (for stirring & aroma)
Directions
Brew the Tea
Steep Rooibos Chai Blend in 8oz of fresh, boiling, hot water for 10 minutes for a strong infusion. Strain and cool slightly. Next, add raw honey and stir to combine. Allow the tea to continue to cool down.
Mix the Base
In a martini shaker, combine the cooled tea with apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, a pinch of cayenne and minimal ice. Shake to blend.
Add Fizz
Pour contents from the martini shaker evenly into two glasses. Add 2oz of sparkling water into each drink for a bubbly, refreshing texture.
Garnish & Serve
Add thin apple slices and a cinnamon stick for extra aroma and depth.
