HOW TO USE

Directions:

Scoop 1/4 tsp. Neti Salt into Neti Pot. Pour warm water that was distilled or boiled into the Neti Pot. Place the tip of the pot’s spout in one nostril. As you tip the pot, the saltwater solution enters the nasal passage & flows in one nostril and out the other. It is important to keep the mouth open & the head tilted. Mix more salt solution & repeat for the other nostril. Following neti, use PAAVANI Nose Oil to prevent dryness.

Caring for your product:

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Avoid contamination by keeping moisture out of the jar. Close lid tightly after each use.

Life of your product:

Since there are no preservatives, please use within 6-8 months.
